Heat didn’t work and NM is getting colder each day as winter is nigh. Ken was skilled in troubleshooting. He came promptly, first thing in the morning for the scheduled appointment. The day before he reviewed the notes on file and came prepared with specific ideas of the problem. His gravitas is impressive. He is proud of his work and rightfully so. He is very capable and skilled AND the heat is on!

I work for a large rental management company and we have thousands of units to get ready for winter heat season each year. This fall, Nespolo took care of most of my fall conversions (Switching from cooling to heating) and they did an excellent job! They let me know when each service was scheduled; They provided documentation; the communication was good; they were on-time for appointments; and they were super fast getting everything done. I will definitely use them again!

My technician, Ken Whitt, is always great to work with. Today, he maintained and set up by new boiler for the winter. Ken actually installed my boiler last fall and is always professional and knowledgeable. Honestly, he is the only one I really trust in working on my boiler. He has also fixed leaking faucets and swamp coolers at my home as well. If I ever have a question on my HVAC system, he is quick to return my call or text and is helpful in explaining so that I can understand as well. Thanks Ken!

Ken was great! He came in and just before I could finish telling him the problem he already knew exactly what was wrong & fixed it within min. That was nice because since last year it's been the same problem. Last year the landlord sent out two professionals to find the problem and they just replaced the thermostat. . . And still the same problem stayed all the way till this winter. But now it's fixed n me and my family can stay warm.

Highly recommend this company. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and arrived on time. This was for the winterization of our swamp cooler and a furnace start up. Will be using this company again next season!
