Originally they were great and responsive. After the install we needed repairs that were to be covered by our warranty. After months of waiting for a part and scheduling service (arranging our work schedules to be home) the tech shows up with the wrong ordered part. Tech says we would hear back and still nothing. A follow up with another timeline after a few days would be nice. Seems it will be another 6 months plus out for the part-hopefully they order the correct one. Customer service has been non existent. Not a great company to deal with for repairs. We are just hoping that by the time we hear back or the correct part comes in we will still even be covered by the warranty.

I recently called to schedule service for my hot water tank to have it flushed. When I spoke with the representative, I was told it would be $225 for them to come out, with any additional parts and labor costing more if something needed to be replaced. I understood that as $225 covering the maintenance I requested (a tank flush), with extra charges only if repairs or parts were necessary. However, what actually happened was very different. The $225 was simply to have someone show up at my door, nothing included. On top of that, I was charged another $200 just to perform the basic flush, which took about ten minutes. This felt very misleading. A clearer explanation upfront would have been something like: "It’s $225 just for the service call, which only covers us arriving at your home. The flushing maintenance you’re requesting is an additional $200." That way, I could have made an informed decision before booking. Instead, I felt blindsided by the way the charges were structured.

Trevor came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and professionally. Unit is less than a year old. Everyone that we have met from design, install, service and support have all been great people. I am more than happy with Nordstrom Heating and Cooling. 100% satisfied.

Great service, as always. Very responsive and responsible. Mike is wonderful and always does a thorough job and explains everything in easy to understand terms. Recommend Nordstrom most highly and will continue to use them for as long as I own my home!

Nordstrom showed great concern for my scheduling needs and were very accommodating. They provided quality service in both scheduling and installation. I’m very happy with their work.

James, the technician, was very thorough about the explaining what he found and how to best resolve any issues. We wound up going with an annual service plan, which made the most sense. We’re very glad we went with Nordstrom from the beginning.
