My appointments here are top notch. The front desk is always courteous and ready to assist you when you walk up. Their front area is spacious with plenty of seating and something to drink but my favorite part, it's quiet and peaceful. It gets me ready for my appointment. I've seen 2 physicians and both are professional and very nice. I felt I can ask my questions, and I'm never rushed. I went through Cancer last year and they were a big part of getting me into other Dr's appointments and procedures. The Dr's assistant was the best with aiding me in my needs- calling me back right away, making me appts, finding info., etc. I am always at peace when I come here!

The providers are professional, compassionate, and take the time to really listen and address concerns thoroughly. Every visit has been a positive experience. A special shoutout to Jacob in the billing office. He’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always follows through. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and responsive when it comes to billing questions or insurance matters. Overall, Norterra Family Practice delivers exceptional care and service. Norterra Family Medicine has been my primary care facility for nearly 20 years with Dr Rebecca Weiss-Glasow as my PCP. I feel so well taken care of there, as this doctor takes time to listen to my health issues and helps me improve my health test results with her knowledgeable counsel. The staff there is good too, kind and understanding and you will not spend more than a few minutes in the waiting room before you see the doctor. I highly recommend Norterra Family Medicine.
