John and his team just finished installing a new second floor unit and worked a long day in extreme attic heat to get our house back to normal. The job was very well done and we appreciate it! They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what was going on and why it happened, and they gave me an estimate that was ultimately 40% cheaper than the other companies that I called for competitive bids. They fixed my unit and I am now subscribed to their annual maintenance plan to prevent this from happening again in the future. Gerald and Mo were courteous, professional, and very informative.
