Northern Tool + Equipment

I will NEVER buy another thing from Northern Tools. Bought a few gwnerators from you all and we always maintained them, and even ordered parts from the company you do per your suggestion. I have always purchased the warranty from you as well. Never again! The ONE time that I need to use that warranty, the company you use, Centricity, has been nothing but hard, as well as Northern Tools. Your employees are great, but the warranty I have they cannot see unless we have a copy, and thank God I did. Then they want a picture of the generator and it is at your store, plus copy of all maintenance done to it, which our company has done. Still nothing! We only had to change oil and filters on it until it stops working.

Northern tools, always a great place to shop online. Easy no matter if you want it shipped or pick it up at ypur local store. What an ease

Very clean store. But I went in for specific casters. I could not find it in their aisle. But I also could not find any representative on the floor. When I went to ask the cashier to see if anybody was there I heard her tell another customer there was only one person on the floor and it was going to take a minute.

The store is very well organized with easy access. BUT, mr Taylor, ran out of patience very easy. I asked for a discount for a spare tire ( for my employer's trailer), which had sings of use (someone had already mounted it, on a trailer) . His last word was : "I don't care if it has sings of use, there is no discount" See pics attached.

I share the sentiments of the last few reviews. I use to shop there regularly. Today I tried to return an item that I had unfortunately lost the receipt. I requested either a store credit or replacement of the item I purchased that did not work. The store manager refused to do anything without a receipt. After returning home I did actually find the receipt but they can keep their 50 bucks, I won’t be shopping there again.
