My son needed a new battery after the car was stored for three months . I called northwest and they were very accommodating and after setting a time and date they were prompt and met my son as scheduled per our call . Our technician was a huge help and very thorough. He didn’t leave until he was sure the battery would work for us and the low power mode message went away. He also tested our old battery to make sure it was actually bad. Super fast, knowledgeable, and friendly service. These guys are the real deal.
