They’re sent to me due to the Midea recall. Terrible experience with them! First of all, the tech was late for more than an hour without any notification and made up that the tech called me but I didn’t answer. Clearly there’s no missed call on my end before I reached out to the company. And then they change their saying to the tech was late due to another project. When I filled the repair request with Midea, all it says was that they would send a tech and drill a hole at the bottom of the AC. But the tech who was sent to our house sprayed some chemicals with strong smell on the AC without telling or asking us. I’m 36 weeks pregnant with an obvious belly! He should be more careful and asked before he sprayed that chemical! Because of his ignorance, I can’t stay in the room the AC is installed, which is our bedroom! We’ll definitely sue them if anything happened to my baby! Also, after the tech removed and put the filter cover on, it couldn’t be closed completely. And there’s water dripping out from the bottom front of the AC. And of course he didn’t put the foam that seal the gap back on after he moved them out. Terrible job!

Great prices, flexible, good service! I called them on a Friday and they got back to me right away. I got quotes from two other places but NYC Pigeon AC had the best prices (by a mile!), the fastest response, and they were really flexible with their cancellation/rescheduling. I booked them for the very next week. Clark was friendly over the phone. Andrew, the tech who came, was friendly and did a thorough job removing old window units and installing new units. There was a surprise pigeon nest and they were able to remove it and take it to a wildlife refuge. There was a small fee for pigeon removal, but it was reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone!
