When our furnace stopped heating over the weekend, the house got cold fast — and every company I called was either too busy or way too expensive. A Creek Heating & Cooling was the total opposite — friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They even walked me through troubleshooting over the phone before coming out early on a Sunday morning to get our heat back up and running. Unacceptable Conduct from Contractor Today, a technician was dispatched to install equipment at my neighbor’s home. Given the rainy conditions, I parked near my front door to minimize exposure for myself and my baby. The contractor, seemingly upset about my parking proximity to his truck, responded by honking aggressively and exiting his vehicle to confront us. His behavior was not only unprofessional but entirely inappropriate—especially considering there was a baby in the car. Despite my efforts to communicate, he refused to disclose which property he was working on—only for me to later discover that the installation was happening between my house and my neighbor’s. To make matters worse, he removed his company-branded coat before beginning the work, raising further concerns about transparency and accountability. This is not an acceptable way to treat community members, regardless of whether they are direct customers. I have shared my concerns with my neighbor accordingly.

A couple weeks ago I had a scheduled appointment with the HVAC company. This appointment was scheduled four weeks in advance. After a couple phone calls throughout the day they finally got back to me and told me they couldn’t make it due to the fact they are too busy with existing customers. So I called Oak Creek heating and cooling and he showed Up 25 minutes later after saying he could be there within the hour. Jay is a professional, very nice and considerate. If anybody asked me in the future, who do I use for all my HVAC issues. I will always tell them to call Oak Creek heating and cooling. Excellent pricing and excellent prompt service. This is very hard to find in today’s day and age. Thank you again, Jay

Brett came out yesterday to troubleshoot our air conditioner. He was courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Fortunately, the part(s) that needed replacing were still under warranty from our 9 y/o unit. This company installed the unit as well as our furnace at that time. I highly recommend Oak Creek Heating & Cooling.

Jason and OC Heating & Cooling have been our go-to for any HVAC issues for many years. Quick fixes, furnace replacement, maintenance etc. They are always timely, fair, reasonably priced, professional and honest.
