Ocean Storage - Virginia Beach - Oriole

Donna helped me get things in order while I was in between moving from 1 apartment to another. I was feeling very stressed but her Professionalism and calming tone helped me realize how easy everything was going to be. I’d highly recommend this place, if anyone’s even half as great as she is it will be an easy experience.

I rent at the location 1361 Oceana Blvd in Virginia Beach. I would like to say PJ and Sharon are TOPS! They give the best service and so kind and personable. Both are very thorough and works well with customers. The facility is maintained exceptionally well and I would recommend Allsafe above any others.

Place is very clean, secure, staff seems pleasant, polite, professional, and present. Why the two shooting stars you ask? I'm glad you asked, encouraged by their website to reserve and rent a unit online, I decide to do so because the website offers tiers, and the 'best' tier offered a unit near the entrance and 24 hour access, for a significant additional cost of course. During the online rental process the website makes it very clear that access will not be automatic, that I would need to contact the manager during office hours to fully activate. So I move some stuff in after normal access hours begin for the day and off I go. Later in the day I call the manager during office hours, tell her who I am, and explain that my information states I needed to contact her, the reply I received was quite unexpected; "who told you that, no one gets twenty four hour access" to which I replied well I paid extra and it's very clear on my confirmation emails. I have yet to present said information to her, but I'm sure she's right, just as I know I'm right, so we'll see how it goes when I get the chance to visit the office during open hours. Until then, here's your warning, don't pay extra for the 'best' unit, it's not going to buy you anything more than the standard unit price.

Donna is the best and a sweetheart! What a great experience at Ocean Storage! 10/10 customer service, 10/10 experience and 10/10 results. I would recommend everyone to go to their local Ocean Storage if in need of one! What a great deal. You know a storage company is great when all of their spaces are rented out and have to build one right next door for more! Thank you Donna!

Jenna was fantastic! I never knew storage could come with such friendly, white-glove service. If I could give a sixth star, I absolutely would!

Jenna was always so helpful to us we have had a storage for 8 years excellent place always clean and my stuff kept well !!!

Had my storage unit for 4 years. Very clean and conditioned space. Jenna is amazing as well!! I would highly recommend this location!!
