A truly unpleasant associate handled my return at the Vancouver store on Sunday. He was unfriendly when processing my return of a broken pricing gun. I had used it once and had it break. I brought the card and hard plastic that encased it back song with the receipt. After handing me my refund, he said I had not returned all the items. I had not brought back the needle ( broken & lost ) or the included tags (purely an oversight). He told me he would not do the return next time. Considering, he didn’t ask if I had the items, I’d had to purchase another pricing gun already to use at my store, and hoped not to buy another inferior item, I wasn’t planning to return anything in the future. Regardless, I’ll shop elsewhere for my store supplies.

Absolutely love this store. It was my first time shopping here, and I was amazed at how much of a wide selection of things they had. Not just office supplies either. Employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Definitely going to be a return shopper!

Duaine did a print job for some menus for my business and accidentally shorted me on my order due to not realizing the printer paused before the job was done. I didn’t realize I was short until I got to work, and before I even had a chance to call the store, he was at my door with the rest of the menus! He was so sweet, and absolutely went above and beyond!

Duaine was one of the most helpful, and friendly workers I’ve encountered in a long time. Signed me up for the rewards and I was super happy I came in!

I needed a specific office supply last Friday and this office Depot is the closest office supply store to me. Even though overall it was a pretty uneventful trip for a small item the customer service I received was absolutely incredible. Dillion at the print shop counter dropped everything he was doing to help me find the product I was looking for and then when I found out that it was out of stock I asked who I believe was the manager David, if they potentially they had this in the back and he was quick to drop everything he was doing to wheel out the inventory that they had just received. He helped me search through it and we actually found the product I was looking for and it just blew me away to receive such an amazing customer experience and I wanted to take a moment to let them know I really really appreciated their efforts. great job guys

Can we just openly appreciate Joseph, the print manager, for being knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and direct? As the recipient of his assistance and seeing him help others, he really makes the experience with frequently choppy small business needs easy and straightforward.
