Oklahoma Generator has been fantastic to work with from start to finish. They finalized the install of our new 24k Generac and later came back to take care of a warranty issue—and both times the experience was top notch. From the friendly office staff who made scheduling easy, to Tyler troubleshooting with me over the phone, everyone was professional, patient, and helpful. Brandon, our technician, went above and beyond. He clearly knows his stuff, explained everything in detail, and even helped with a non-generator issue while he was here. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines expertise with genuine customer care, but Oklahoma Generator absolutely delivers. Highly recommend!

Oklahoma Generator technician, Chris Gonzales, recently completed the scheduled annual service of my Generac home generator. Chris texted me prior to his arrival and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Chris explained in great detail the service on my generator. He answered all of my questions and provided me with additional information about the service and the status of my generator. He kept me informed on what to expect inside my residence before, during and after the service. It was a very good experience from beginning to end. Chris took his time and completed a thorough service on my Generac generator. I highly recommend Oklahoma Generator!

I am 83 years old and in my lifetime I have had dealings with specialist of all professions, but Oklahoma Generator is without a doubt second to none with customer service and DESIRE to be your go to company for backup power equipment. Recently I had a problem with my generic 22kw generator and called Oklahoma Generator for assistance. It was only minutes before closing , but the general manager (Tyler Robb) made a point of coming to my home after work. He checked the system thoroughly and it was found that my battery was bad. Tyler went to the store and purchased a new battery, but one that was not what he wanted. He installed it and got the generator operational. He finished around 7PM. All at no charge! This was on a Friday. Tuesday morning he had a technician bring the correct battery and install it, checked to ensure it operated properly, my charge was for the battery only. There are many companies that SAY customer service is their top priority, but Oklahoma Generator demonstrates it. Fast, comprehensive, and attention to small details makes them my 10 Star company! If you need help, give them a call FIRST! You won’t regret it.

I’m sorry to be tardy in posting a review of the tech who serviced my Generac. MARIO was one of the best service persons I’ve ever encountered. Very caring, and helpful. I needed more than just a service call and he was very careful to explain the whole process. I will ask for him by name next time I call

This company went out of there way when our generator wasn't working and my Dad required oxygen 24/7. Thank you for being so trustworthy in a crazy time of need for us! We will absolutely continue to use Oklahoma Generator for all our yearly service. Always so nice! Thank you!

chris was great and explained everything wonderfully! Even the person who schedules appointments was able to walk me through the question I had until the service person was able to come. Couldn't say nicer things about their professionalism and willingness to help.

The power went out during a storm and my wife(72 years old) was reclined in her electric powered recliner. It took me (77 years old) several minutes to get her out of the chair. We decided that we had to get a home generator. We researched several companies and gave Oklahoma Generator a call for an estimate. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained all the advantages of having a whole house generator. We then discussed the price and it was very reasonable. He explained all the steps involved in the installation and gave us a timeframe for the installation. Each step in the process was exactly what he had said it would be. They programmed my phone to be able to check the status of the generator and to be able to set the temperature of the thermostat in our home. The generator is now installed and ready to kick on in case of a power outage. We are extremely pleased and have peace of mind knowing we will always have power in the future. They are very helpful and a pleasure to do business with!!!
