OKLAHOMA LANDFILL

The lady at the front desk treated my husband so disgustingly for no reason whatsoever. Our first experience here $97 to dump a truck load, and the lady should be working at a prison the way she talks to people. Human beings shouldn’t be treated like trash just because you hate your own life. She threw a vest at my husband and yelled "PUT IT ON". HORRIBLE experience.

Not a single operator there is qualified for the job. It’s embarrassing and dangerous to go to. They do nothing but waste money and pass it on to the customer when they hire such incompetent individuals I would question the HR department and whatever they call a manger because there’s zero leadership as you can see it’s a free for all out here.

I would do a -10 ⭐️ but 1 is the lowest I can do !!!!!!!!!!! Completely overpriced, and the lady at the entrance was rude without reason. I had to pay 128 dollars to unload a 15-foot box trailer. And there wasn't anyone up on top of the hill to direct us where to go. When a caliper operator got out of the machine and screamed and vaguely waved us in a direction in which we got stuck. And it took us an hour to get unstuck. So don't come to this dump if you don't want to overpay and go away mad and annoyed !

I wish I could leave zero stars. I've lived in the area less than a year so I didn't know how things operated with the landfills. I tried repeatedly to call waste connections to ask them what the charges were and to confirm their open times on the weekend. Nobody ever answers the phone so you can't ask anybody anything. So I decided to drive down there with my load of brush and limbs hoping that it would be reasonable and they would be open. When I got there, I pulled up on the scales and went to the window where this lady (that needs a personality) told me it was $73 to unload my 5 ft by 10 ft utility trailer full of limbs. (See pic) I really get tired of being ripped off by people who think they can get away with it so I just turned around and left.

Do not use this place. They eye ball your load and say it goes by the yard not the weight. My weight was 10560 coming in and 9420 going out. I was charged $131.00. When asked why they say they charge by the yard. So I guess if you have a long trailer with not much on it you are stlll charged like a full one. They do not get out an measure by the yard. Will not use again.
