Michelle is the sweetest <3 she helped me diagnose my problem and installed the new battery for me!

Had a 2" bolt go in my tire. Had a repair kit but older plugs. I pulled in and bought fresh plugs and had to borrow some players to get the bolt out. Glad they were close by, open, and letting me borrow the players! 🙂

Good service and had what I needed

Went in there to get a ball for a trailer ball and hitch and when we got to the checkout we asked if they had a wrench to borrow, to which the rude guy at the counter said no. There’s a bright green sign to the right of the front door that states they loan specialty tools, but don’t have a wrench.

This is the only O Reillys i will use anymore. The staff here is always great and the store stays organized. I would like to mention the counterman Justin. He always greats me and/or my wife with a smile and hello, and He Knows His Stuff! Hes helped me diagnose several issues with our various cars (all 8 of em).I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants strong customer service AND the right part the first time!

This is not the first time I’ve used this Oreillys. This time here I will review. Robert (the manager I think and hope that’s his name lol) went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Had an off the wall air filter. No problem. He took care of it!! Beverly booked me up with the parts I needed. Let me say Justin is always helpful and he made sure that I had been waited on and was taken care of before he went to the next customer. Superb service if you ask me!!!

Better service and prices than Autozone.
