O'Reilly Auto Parts

I went in today to get new brake pads and rotors and the assistant store manager helped me. I wish I had gotten his name, but he was very helpful and professional. I told him my budget and when I was asking about the difference in quality between two products he was very knowledgeable. He also explained it to me in a way that was informative without being condescending, which has not always been my experience buying parts for my car at other auto parts stores. Thanks again for all your help

This place is great if you can get some help. Unfortunately, I've had to walk out more than once after waiting for a long time at the counter. Despite being passed by an employee twice, no one came to assist me. It's a shame, because it's a good spot otherwise.

The headlights on my 2006 Toyota Corolla suddenly quit working. Hey! Less than 120,000 miles and paid in full! The high beams worked if I held the lever (how we got home). Steve at O'Reilly listened, checked my car, sold me the parts for around $46, and installed them. Yes, I guess I may have been able to do some of this myself. Was it worth it to come to OReilly, have the problem fixed quickly, reasonably, and drive safely? Absolutely !!! This retailer and staff has been consistently reliable.

Ohhhh yeah my buddies. So helpful. Been shopping at this location and others when on the road. Great help to have when needed. I give them and the company a score from 1 to 10..... 11 Need to score me one of those hats! Yes I am Irish!

I always choose to go out of my way to shop at this O’Reilly Auto Parts because of the outstanding customer service, especially from George. Every time I visit, the employees are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. George, in particular, always goes above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I need and offers great advice when I have questions. It’s rare to find this level of service these days, and it makes a huge difference. Even though there are other auto parts stores closer to me, I happily make the drive because I know I’ll be treated with respect and receive top-notch assistance. Highly recommend this location!
