Outrig RV and Boat Storage in Tucson is fantastic. It's expensive, no question. However, if you want indoor and climate controlled out of the desert sun and heat, then it's worth the cost. Damage to an RV left outside is also expensive, and much more time consuming. Plus, George and Howard are a great team. They're beyond accommodating, and do their very best to make sure all is right with your rig while they have it. It would be great if I had my own garage at home, but since I don't, Outrig is the next best thing.

When we first stored here, there was a different owner. Many things broke and were not repaired. It is so much better now with Outrig. Everything seems to be working and there are constant improvements. The key is George and Larry who work great together, care about their clients and take great care of our rig. It is not inexpensive but if you have an expensive RV it is the ONLY place in Tucson to store.

People are often quick to complain and slow to praise, and I would like to share a fantastic experience we had at goHomePort with George and Howard. We have stored our Class C camper and Jeep for half the year while traveling in our truck camper at many other facilities. Our experience at goHomePort has been, without a doubt, the best, and we will be staying with them again next year. George and Howard are always extremely friendly and helpful. This year, we mailed a package back of items that we did not need, and they made sure it was placed in our Jeep. The Class C and Jeep were started periodically to bring the engines up to operating temperatures and ensure everything stayed lubricated and in good order. In addition, the Class C was plugged into shore power to maintain our lithium battery bank. Having the vehicles in covered storage with swamp coolers running ensures they stay at a reasonable temperature. We called in advance when we would pick up the Class C and Jeep; they had been rinsed off and were out front. They even offered us to use their compressor to top off the tires. I can not say enough good things about George and Howard. These campers are our babies, and we always feel that when either camper or Jeep are in storage, George and Howard are the "good hands people" and take excellent care of our vehicles like they were their own, which is priceless.

We’re back and couldn’t be happier! We were very pleased with the facility and outstanding customer service from George and Howard. When they increased the rates a little over a year ago we decided to leave. We told George we were sad to go but were unhappy about the increase and thought we could find less expensive storage. First we moved our trailer to covered storage but were concerned about the outdoor elements. When a fully enclosed storage facility opened (not climate controlled) we moved again. After just a few months the rates went up substantially and we discovered the heat inside the storage unit was cooking our trailer. We were not saving money after all! We called George and were pleasantly surprised that the rates had remained the same as when we left. We asked if we could come back and were welcomed with open arms. We are so glad to be back where we belong!

You will never find service better anywhere than the attention George and Howard give you at the Tucson location. I cannot say enough about them other than Outrig is so lucky to employ both of them!

They are now outrig. They rebranded and are no longer go home port. We've had some ups and downs--maintenance has been a bit of an issue--but in the last year--they have really come around and made huge strides. My area is finally all lit and the folks there have fixed the doors, AC, lights etc. I have tremendous respect for the team at Outrig!! Way to go!!

Had been working with GoHomePort management services for our RV. We left the program after about 16 months. They left our RV in poor shape with damage and a number of needed repairs. When we picked it up there was damage that they had never even told us about. There was also damage to the seats, that we did previously know about. They will now not take responsibility for it, even though I have the emails from them stating they would take care of it at the end of our contract. Very disappointing to be treated like this after 16 months with them.
