The guys at the Staten island P.C.Richard were awesome. The salesman Andrei and the manager Jimmy were amazing and knew the products. I purchased a fridge and stove from them. They were concerned about the measurements I thought I had them correct and was able to go up a size in the fridge. So fast forward a day when I double checked my measurements that I was wrong. So I went back and was able to get a fridge that would fit. The same salesman and the managers Lenny and Frank were very understanding and were able to work with me to get the right one. I came in shopping for a gaming laptop the other day and I was greeted by a young salesman known as "JP" and Lenny, the store manager. They were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable and helped me pick out an amazing machine to meet my needs! You gotta visit this branch! They take care of the customers just right!

I’ve never been more displeased with a 2 minute sales interaction ever asked one of the older salesman named Alex a simple question do you have a Shark Air purifier with heat and cooling function. He looks at me like I’m stupid and says word for word how would it heat purified air and cool that doesn’t exist when a Dyson product that dies the same thing was right next to it all he had to say was No not give attitude don’t waste your time here
