I had an outstanding experience with Platinum Plumbing & Water Well services! When my well pump suddenly stopped working, they were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. On top of that, I also needed help with my water heater, and they took care of both issues during the same visit. The tech, Jon, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. I had to pleasure of meeting two of the most nicest people today. They came into my hotel(Hilton Garden Inn- Shreveport). Jerry and Adam was wonderful they came into the hotel and did a great job, they kept me updated on everything that they were doing. I really do appreciate the kindness that they had.
