PleasureLand RV - Shakopee

We stopped into Pleasureland in Shakopee last summer, just for kicks and giggles, and seeking information. We had a reasonably new camper but was toying with the idea of upgrading. Greg was very patient with us, answering tons of questions and helping make some decisions. We took home a brochure and his card. By the end of summer, and a couple of camping trips with our camper, we decided to upgrade, but maybe next spring. We stopped in last week to ask what we could get for trade in, and looked at a couple definite possibilities they had in stock. Low and behold, one week later we are the proud owners of a new Brinkley travel trailer. Everything went so well and without any drama or hiccups. Greg did a wonderful job guiding us through the process and of keeping us informed, as well as the rest of the team (Nick and Justin) Thank you!

Sierra was my salesperson, I was a long distance sale with much done remotely without issue. I know i wasn't an easy sale and she hung in there and got it done, thanks Sierra. I interacted with many people during the sales process including the delivery techs...especially Nick. He was very knowledgeable and customer centric and wanted to make sure i was happy with the delivery and operation of my new rv, really enjoyed interacting with him. Treats customers poorly Waited weeks for an appointment. Was assured after repeated questioning that work could be done while I waited (which I doubted) . After arrival was told after about 40 minutes that there was no way that was the case. No concern for waste of customer's time. No concern whatsoever for how customers experience is.
