If every company that came knocking at my door operated with the same level of communication, follow-through, and execution as POWER, I’d be thrilled to work with them all. My wife and I decided it was time to replace our windows—just one more thing checked off the long list of home projects—and we couldn’t be happier that we did. From start to finish, everything went exactly as promised, and the final product looks fantastic. If you’re on the fence about working with POWER, don’t be. If your experience is anything like ours, you’ll be more than satisfied.

Very pleased from beginning to finish. I didn’t want to say end as there is no end with the lifetime warranty. We had 24 windows replaced in one day. They are super efficient as they have the work divided up amongst individuals doing certain jobs along the process. They cleaned up and even cleaned the windows. That’s when one of the workers found a slight defect in the glass. No problem we made a service call and they replaced the window. The best part was when they came out to inspect the job and found some things he didn’t like and gave us the option to change. The windows are great. We have a breakfast nook that got extremely hot that we needed heavy shades to block the sun. Shades are gone because we don’t need them anymore. I would highly recommend getting the better glass. As for pricing we really didn’t check because a neighbor had them and he had several quotes and theirs wasn’t the best but he liked the quality of the window. One more thing they didn’t realize our old double windows in certain areas was one piece. This meant more work but they stuck to the quote.

I love love this home improvement project. The sales rep Clifford is your best consultant. He was very detailed and answered all of my questions and simply was the best. The work that was done is absolutely wonderful. My windows and doors look great. I would truly recommend Power over any company. Thank you for the great work!

Had a good experience with Andy he answered all me questions but miss informed me about the furniture needing to be moved for the measurements and install. He also fail to go over there was a 3% charge forvusing a card. Installers did a great job and were every clean. The seals on the sceens are peeling off but will be fixed. All in all I would recommend them.

We had 4 windows replaced with power and they did a wonderful job. The windows look great and their customer service was top notch. Every representative we spoke with was on time and very responsive with any concerns or questions we had. They were very transparent with what services we getting and the cost we were to pay. And they displayed the utmost care for their customer’s experience. Would recommend and will be a return customer.

We had our roof replaced by Power, and had a great experience with them from start to finish. Starting with the low-pressure sales experience to the thorough roof inspection, we felt good about the service and product we were being offered. Install was professional and finished in a single day and their follow up service showed they cared about doing a good job. Would recommend and use them again.

Gave a good price on quality windows, arrived on time and replaced 6 windows and a front door all same day. Some small imperfections were noticed and we were told they had already ordered replacements and would be out within a week to replace.
