Power Northwest was an amazing partner in getting our PV installed on our house. They were very professional, showed up on time, walked us through the steps, communicated throughout the process. Marie Moore, Chris S, Chris F took a lot of efforts to make sure we were informed about progress, schedules and the timing during the installation. Having their help navigate all the requirements to get the installation permitted and approved by the city was also so valuable. Can not thank the team enough. I couldn't be happier with my Power NW experience! Brian and Marie, my project managers, were helpful and responsive, always returning my calls, answering my questions and keeping me in the loop throughout the process. They handled the necessary inspections and paperwork and made sure I got every incentive and savings available to me. When the day finally came to install the system, the team (Brandon, Cedric, Chris F and Chris M) showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were respectful of my home and neighbors, and had my array in place in half a day! Their friendly and positive attitude made it fun. Now that the system is up and running I am seeing real savings on my electric bill. Most importantly, I feel great about living in a home that runs on sunlight instead of fossil fuels!

Power Northwest was wonderful to work with! Erik kept us up to-date on everything, and answered every question that came up. When we had a hiccup with our inspection they were able to rectify the issue within the day! Working with Power Northwest was truly a pleasure from A to Z. Our sales rep, Parker, took his time explaining the benefits of solar, the current exemptions/credits, and what would fit best for the electrical output of our home. I highly recommend Power Northwest. They recently installed a Powerwall with an Expansion unit at my home. The system was designed to complement a previously installed solar array. Being an older home without a garage, several challenges were present. Their team persevered and expertly addressed those challenges while effectively communicating with me throughout the project.
