I’m so glad to have found this company. My neighbor recommended them. I Had a big problem with one of my toilets and Mike came to the rescue. He was able to fix it before it became a major problem. He was friendly, professional and courteous. He explained all my options to me before starting the job. I felt involved in the decision making and thank goodness it was the right choice. Thank you so much! I won’t be calling anyone else but Pratt Plumbing from now on.

Mike was awesome! He arrived on time, was super friendly and was great with my kids who insisted on harassing him the entire time. He was extremely neat and did a great job fixing our toilet and installing a glass washer in our kitchen. He was in and out in less than 2hours. I'll definitely be using Pratt Plumbing again!

After my water heater started leaking, Pratt installed a new one within one day after I called. Sam and Deric did a great job. That's why I've used Pratt for all my plumbing needs for many years.

Steve (Owner) and Sam (Supervisor) were absolutely outstanding! We had a serious issue with a clogged pipe that turned out to be much more complex than expected. Sam worked tirelessly—over six hours—to clear the blockage and realized he needed additional assistance. He, Steve, and the rest of the team showed incredible dedication, quickly diagnosing the root cause and resolving the issue efficiently. Their professionalism, perseverance, and problem-solving were truly impressive. Highly recommend! AND, they're just nice people.

Pratt Plumbing was efficient, fairly priced, on-time, and so kind! They did incredible work and we are so happy we worked with them. They are now our plumbers for everything. Mike was excellent!

We used Pratt Plumbing and Heating to install a brand new AC system in our attic in August 2021 mainly because of the positive reviews online. While I rarely write any reviews online, I must write this one to report their poor follow-up services when the AC unit started to leak through the ceiling into the upstairs hallway and into my son's bedroom in August 2024. (A major leak because the wooden floor planks were bulging and buckling, the dry walls were wet with paint peeling.) We did not use the AC that much in 2021 because it was already August, so the main usage with only for only 3 summers 2022-2024. We called for service and the owner/manager (Steve) came out to fixed the issue but again we had leakage this summer 2025 (it is only the end of June, right now). I tried to asked for a refund or reduced the charges for the service call because the leakage was from the AC and at the same exact location. However, Steve said that the issues were different and that we should have purchase their maintenance plan and they would have caught the problem, which is really the same problem of the water collected in the condensation pan not draining properly and overflowing onto the floor of the attic and through the ceiling the house. So either the problem was NEVER fixed (which we got charged $159.94) in 2024 or that the initial installation job was poorly done. The original cost and labor for this new AC unit was over $10,000 and now plus another $450+ in repair and labor fees. Overpriced and poor quality work! I will NOT recommend this business to any of my neighbors.
