I had a ton of issues with my ac unit. I ended up just replacing it. Jose was the technician that installed the new unit. He was awesome. He was right on time introduced himself shook my hand and immediately wen to work. He directed his helper on what to do and began removing the old unit. Throughout the day he would check in with me and let me know where they were at. They ran into some issues which wasn't their fault but my cheap builder but was able to take care of everything. It was a long day for them especially on a Saturday but they got everything done. Now my new ac is up and running and so much nicer. Jose was polite respectful and very professional. If you are going to get precision to do any ac work make sure you ask for jose to be the tech.

Shawn Dunlap and Pedro workmanship was excellent. Friendly and informative service. Worthy of you to buy them lunch. However, $3100 for a water heater is worthy of only 4 stars not 5.

I wanted to share some quick feedback on today's AC maintenance. Roman Rodriguez was our technician, and he was really professional and courteous. He did a great job servicing the units, and everything's running perfectly now. I really appreciate the quality of service from your company, and I just wanted to pass along that positive note.

Caleb Anderson and his coworkers did a nice job on our duct replacement today. much easier. They came on time and did a nice job. Thanks crew! Definitely worthy of a lunch for not only Caleb but the other guys with him.

We had a wonderful experience with precision, heating and air. Our Ac went out and not only did we have a service tech out the same day. We had a complete unit installed the very next day. There were many options to choose from ranging in prices with no pressure attached. The installation crew was top notch. After the installation, they walked us through and explained the work performed. Left the house dust and debris free. We highly recommend.

After I had been told that the replacement part for my AC (still under warranty) would not be here for another 7 days, I called Adam, the service tech that diagnosed the problem 4 days ago, and asked for help. He was able to find the part locally and make it out to my house for the repairs before the end of the day. That's going above and beyond. He single handedly restored my faith in Fox.
