The Prime Time Team did a great job on replacing my outside condenser and air handler. They came earlier than the scheduled time and went right to work.the gentlemen that did the job were nice and friendly. They even took care of disposing the old unit. They even took the time to explain to me the warranty details which come with the new install. Their customer service is top notch. And they even offer financing! My home is colder than it’s ever been thanks to the team at Prime Time Cooling.

4/2017 Excellent! I found these guys through the Thumbtack webpage. They were the first to respond and answered all my questions almost immediately including pricing. They showed up exactly at the time scheduled, worked fast, professionally and explained each step of the way. Needless to say, I highly recommend them. 8/27/21 The blower motor module broke and the entire motor needed replacement. I only had to wait for the warranty replacement to arrive. As usual, the service was fast, professional and reasonable pricing. What more can you ask for? These guys are A+. 11/4/22 Another visit.. and as usual, on time and very professional. Issue resolved. 8/5/2025 A+ 5 Star service in Fort Lauderdale. Compressor blown. Same as usual, I placed the call to these guys, they showed up as scheduled, worked professionally (IN INCLEMENT WEATHER I might add) and got the issue resolved promptly.

Prime Time has always been amazing. I had an issue that I couldn’t figure out. Almost a year ago the coils on one of my units had to be replaced (warranty item). However, as summer approached and my A/C had to start performing, my house wasn’t quite cooling the same. I called Prime Time and they came out to check it out. The key to this was patience. I knew they would need time to look at everything. They spent several hours going through everything. I never felt they were rushing to leave. There were a two different components they discovered not operating correctly. Those parts were replaced and so far so good. They have always been professional and kept work area clean. We had to have our old unit replaced very quickly. Prime Time Cooling was there to make it happen. Their outstanding personnel and efficient service was A+. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIME TIME COOLING FOR ALL YOUR A/C NEEDS. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

The technician arrived but was unable to speak English. Despite the language barrier, he successfully diagnosed the issue, identifying that low-voltage wires had been installed for the heater system instead of the required high-voltage wiring. This error occurred during the initial installation of the package unit less than two years ago, which is still under warranty. After consulting with the front office, the technician entered the house and replaced the Amazon thermostat with a standard thermostat. He then handed me his cell phone, allowing me to speak with someone from the office. They tried to explain that the thermostat was the problem. However, I disagreed, as it was evident the issue was caused by the incorrect wiring installed in the package unit. I asked the front office to hold while I removed the standard thermostat and reinstalled the Amazon thermostat. Once I did, the heating system worked correctly. I then informed the office staff that I would not pay the additional charges on the invoice, as the root cause of the problem was the improper wiring installed during the original setup of the heater system.

Prime time cooling always provides great service. Easy to schedule appointments, responsive, always communicate great, and their team always show up on time. They are very professional, efficient and know their job well. I highly recommend this company.

They came out late at night on a weekend to diagnose our problem, gave us several options to choose from, and we had a whole new system by the end of Monday for a good price. Very nice bunch both on the phone and in person. Highly recommend.
