Priority One Heating & Air Conditioning

Priority One is great! They installed and maintain our ductless heat pump system. We get a reminder each year to schedule the maintenance, and have had the same technician, Michael, come out for the last three years. He’s great! Very polite and always remembers us 🙂

Andy, Ole and the crew were above and beyond wonderful. They did a great job and made sure everything was perfect, cleaned up all and made sure I understood how to program the thermostat. I’m beyond happy and would never use anyone else. Prices and warranty were above any other of the four estimates. They’re da bomb!

Priority One kept a 16 yr old furnace going for another 10 years. We would not do business with anyone else. Service people are always friendly and explain everything to us. Today they installed new furnace and air conditioner. Andy and team were very professional on tearing out the old system and installing the new. Would highly recommend this company.

I have a whole house ducted unit from Priority One that is now well over 10 years old. It was a large investment so I signed up for their annual maintenance program. Very reasonable price and great service. The equipment remains in good working order. Their crew have always been polite, professional, explain their findings, etc. Highly recommend this company.

Priority One did a terrific job installing our new furnace and heat pump. We were given estimates of three options, with clear explanations of the pros and cons. The men who came to do the work were all courteous and efficient, and when a curve ball appeared (the placement for the heat pump wouldn't work), they figured out a solution that was even better than the original plan. Then when I discovered a small problem with an outdoor vent that hadn't been sealed, someone arrived within an hour to fix it. I highly recommend Priority One.

They were awsome to work with. Our old unit needed charged so they did that while we waited for the guy to come by for estimate on whole new system. Then they gave us the $500 that we spent on the recharge off of the new system. They also let us wait few months before installing it. The guys that were installing the system saw my 2 year old granddaughter eyeballing the big box the AC came in and before I new it they brought it back to the backyard with window and door cut in it. Even had a tape door handle on it. Then yesterday we got a package from them with cookies and custom lunch box. Top notch

Workers were amazing, friendly, fast great work. Kept me informed on what was happening, left the work area clean like they were never there. Tim and Clark were both so polite, friendly and well trained in there craft of installation of my heat pump. Glad I chose Priority One.
