They did a new roof and AC install on my neighbors home. The debris that came over to my yard and screened in patio was cleaned up with perfection. It actually looked cleaner when they were done. Chandler and his crew were Very Professional and really looked like they enjoyed their jobs(which is hard to find nowadays). They will now be fixing the issue with my AC unit, I was looking for an honest company and one literally fell into my lap. Thank you to Chandler and your sidekick .

Aaron was awesome! He text when he was on the way. He called and explained the issues with full detail, to include texting me photographs of the issues and of parts that would be needed in the fire to help me visually understand. He was very diligent and spent more time than I would’ve pictured to make sure his assumptions were correct, which I highly appreciated. Just a great guy and a true representative of the business.

Horrible, damage area was only 5feet in diameter.. they dumped nails all over the yard… expanded the job area on purpose to 25 feet. They were paid never finished the job. No other companies have touched the roof but yours… until today… I’ve had 3 companies come and look at all the damage you did off the Tarp install… alone. They cannot understand why you took a 5 foot patch job and turned it into a 25 ft repair…putting nails everywhere …this is the end of it.

The team installed the HVAC portion of my range hood. They were professional and on time with great communication from the office. Paying online was a breeze and secure. They were responsive to my questions and requests and adjustments on site. They cleaned up afterwards so I have nothing to complain about!

I have been with Protek since its beginning. I have always had excellent, efficient responses. I commonly refer people to them. Heather always steps up to take such thoughtful, thorough care of anything I need. I would also like to acknowledge Chandler Chapman. He was the field supervisor I saw most recently. He was prompt, focused, efficient and very thorough. He was specific in making sure I had all the knowledge that I needed. I highly recommend Protek for all service needs.

All I can say is WOW! Nothing is more cumbersome than hearing that your peace, your mornings, and your sleep is going to be on pause for a two day roofing job. Although, Team Allen and his Protek Roofing staff did it in one business day when it should have been two days. They came on time, they cleaned up the premises nicely and they did a better job than the last roofing company that did not do it insurance complaint. Staff was pleasant, respectful, and professional. Communication was good, and the roof looks fantastic. Even tho, there was on and off rain with lightning they did not let me down. Highly recommend. They even took down that pesky direct TV Satellite dish off the house that was installed years ago. Call them immediately. Price was very fair Many door to door roofing sales people tried to earn our business and after research this company held our expectations with results.

We are very happy with Tito and his crew! They were timely and kept in very close contact. Even replaced part of our drywall for free after a leak during the job due to the inspector not being available. Also offered the best price out of all three quotes we sourced. Definitely recommend!
