Public Storage

Last week Friday I went to this location and the staff was really nice one of them was stephanie. It was my first time to have a public storage and she was helping me learn information about having a storage. Thank you Stephanie 🙂

Just wrapped more than a year of storing with the Public Storage team on Kempsville Road. Regina was our original POC and always super helpful. Then Nes took over and kept up the high standard of customer service and excellence. We really appreciate this team and many thanks to Nes for walking me through the vacate process!

Ms. Terri was so awesome I pulled into the Public Storage parking lot because I had a flat tired. Ms. Terri came out and helped pumped my tire up and showed me where the hole was in my tire. Thank you so much for all your help!!!

They quote you a price, you move in, and within a few months DOUBLE YOUR RENT. Make sure you can afford the bait and switch. Moving out costs money, and they know that, so they "Have you". Nice facility, but the 100% rate increase is not ethical. Just because you CAN do that, does not mean it is a good or fair business practice.

Ms.Terri is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable with answers to my questions. I have truly enjoyed her customer service.

Terri was great, she listened to me and understood my need to move to a smaller unit. Easy and fast process!

Regina made the difference between "just a storage place" and "I'm glad to work with this person individually as a representative of Public Storage". She contacted me via phone once I made the online reservation and was extremely helpful on site at the property on the day we moved contents to storage. Thank you!
