Friday morning RV repair - tech notes uneven front tire wear - recommend Purcell tire just off I-10. Got me right in - and checked my tire air all of the way around. Well done ✅

Busca una mejor opción. Muy mal servicio me cotizaron un precio para hacer alineación y balanceo. Me llamaron que el carro estaba listo y al llegar me cobraron solo la alineación. No respetaron el precio que me dieron en un inicio. Solo hicieron la alineación y me dijeron que no podrían hacer el balanceo porque ya estaban cerrados. Cuando su horario dice que cierran a las 5 y apenas eran las 4 cuando me llamaron. No son transparentes ni respetuosos. Sus empleados me hicieron comentarios como... -si tiene un carro grande tienes que pagar mas -grandes llantas grandes cargos Y mas comentarios. Solo hago esta publicación para que tengas cuidado a donde llevan sus carros. Find a better option. Very poor service. They quoted me a price for an alignment and balancing. They called me to say the car was ready, and when they arrived, they charged me only for the alignment. They didn't honor the price they initially quoted me. They only did the alignment and told me they couldn't do the balancing because they were already closed. When their hours say they close at 5, it was barely 4 when they called me. They aren't transparent or respectful. Their employees made comments like... -if you have a big car, you have to pay more -big tires, big charges And more comments. I'm only making this post so you're careful where you take your cars.

Frank was super helpful and knowledgeable when we were choosing tires. We wanted the Michelin brand for our semi truck and needed to know the difference between the different types of Michelin series. Both Steve and Frank at the front desk were very friendly and professional. I forgot to get the name of the man who did the actual tire installation, he did a great job. We were in and out fast.

This is THE place to stop for all your tire and tire related needs. The folks at Purcell are efficient, friendly and made my recent tire issues a relatively painless experience. They diagnosed and made helpful suggestions and got everything working in good time. There's a comfortable waiting room towards the back with some reading material. The shop is right off the road and easy to spot. I randomly chose Purcell as being the closest tire shop when I needed help and it turned out to be a great experience. I'll be back... hopefully not too soon, lol.

Got two tires from these clowns and had them mount and "BALANCE" them and their technician only balances the inside of the tire like an idiot ! Truck is shaking real bad. I didn't take it right back to have them fix it because it's obvious they are incompetent so I decided to take it else where and had it done for $30 a tire while these clowns charge $100 a tire to do a half-ass job. Keep up the good work boys

Purcell tire in Tucson AZ took great care of our KW. New steer axle tires. Job was completed in a timely manner. Hats off to Booth he is a great Mgr. Hard working crew there.
