worst company I have ever worked at, management is insanely toxic, I was abused by the CEO Robert Ziola, and verbally abused by both Manager Karla Fraser and CFO Amaneh Manni. They steal from their clients, and it is an extremely toxic environment to work in. I wouldn't trust a single word they say.

A+ Service and attention to detail. The best service is the service you don't even notice. Radiance came through with no building interruptions of any kind. The lighting fixtures are of superior quality giving a very even pleasant light, not the typical big box store super bright white LED lights that nothing looks good under. Our building has 230 units and not one complaint so it is safe to say you can multiply this review by as many units. The entire Radiance team is top notch, you won't find better service or product. Don't be fooled by inferior products, let them show you the difference.

Andy and his team at Radiance did I fantastic job upgrading our facilities lighting to LED. From the proposal all through completion of the work was a seamless experience. The new LED lighting has greatly improved visibility (much brighter) and has significantly reduced our hydro electric bill. Highly recommend Radiance to anyone.
