We are so pleased to share this review! Recon Electric exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Josh, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He left our home in better shape than he found it and was methodical with every step of our electrical panel installation. Absolutely amazing experience! My electrician was super professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They showed up on time, did top-notch work, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. It’s such a relief to find someone this reliable and pleasant to have in your home. Highly recommend! Zach is amazing!

Shane came to our home today and quickly fixed some crooked pendants and gave us an estimate on surge protectors. He also gave us information on how are electric system worked. He was polite, friendly and knowledgable and he did not charge us for the pendants! We were very pleased with his service.

I think that $600 was too much for the estimate yesterday, which maybe was an hour and today for the corrections made to electrical problems, which was maybe an hour and a half. 2.5 hours plus travel time is, I think excessive. I appreciate the fact that y'all made arrangements to accommodate me but I still think it's overpriced. So the company called me and when I explained myself, they refunded me $100! Wow!! What an awesome company that listens to their customers. They will come highly recommended to any of my family or friends. They are the BEST!

These guys are AWESOME! They helped me with getting a generator connected for an outage at a commercial property. Josh and Shane were very easy to work with, answered all my questions, were on time, and made the process super easy on the back end for me. Their pricing was spot on and reasonable. I am beyond impressed and will definitely be using these guys in the future. Thank you so much.

The only electric company I'll ever use. Shane was an absolute pleasure in assisting us. Knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Customer service in scheduling and answering phone calls was easy. I contacted Dave at Recon. I’d been referred by a third party. Upon first contact Dave was very professional and welcoming; had the old "what can I do to help you?" Attitude. I had a short timetable for the work I was requesting. He promptly got me scheduled and a tech was out to give an estimate. The tech "Josh" was very professional and explained how the work would be completed and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I agreed and the work was scheduled in a timely manner to accommodate my short timetable table. The tech "Brandon" arrived on time and completed the work. He was very professional. Recon took care of necessary Permits and scheduled the follow up inspection after the work was complete. I will definitely use Recon again and highly recommend them. They are a Family & Veteran owned company, which I believe is a very important aspect. Top Shelf Company.
