I cannot even begin to express the amazing experience I had with Roof Medic as it was so fabulous that when I drive up to my home now I cry with tears of absolute joy! They are the most professional and caring people to work with! The roof color choice, copper, and wonderful black gutters made my home beyond beautiful! After buying our 20 year old new to us home, we decided to go ahead and get the original roof replaced. Not only did Roof Medic provide us the best price for the product we wanted, the entire experience was great. We met Mike first and he helped us understand the process as well as provided the quote. We were quickly scheduled and Blake kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we were happy at the end. We definitely recommend Roof Medic for their product, pricing, and the best communications ever!

Roof Medic is the Best!! Blake Francis, Program Coordinator sent pictures during the process and during final walk through, explained everything and showed final pictures. His manager came also, sorry forgot his name, they both were great with the final walk though. Although the roofers made sure no debris/nails were left. Blake and his manager, made sure also. I don’t trust allot due to past experiences, but looking at how long I have been connecting with Roof Medic since Aug 2024, speaking with Chris, which he was so patient and answered every question I asked, answered every phone call. I was fighting with my insurance company State Farm and Roof Medic, providing all information requested provided I need a new roof, but still denied!! Still Chris still worked patiently with me until I made the decision to just finance it own my own. Got a good deal and a quality roof with a warranty !!! The job was done in one day. The roofers arrived at 6:45am (on time) and finished at 8:20pm (what a long day) did excellent job!!! I will definitely refer and highly recommend Roof Medic, roof completed before tornado/hurricane season in one day June 2025!! Definitely worth the out of pocket cost. Thank you Roof Medic !!!

It’s not often that I receive this type of service so I had to post a review, I originally contacted Roof Medic to inspect my roof to identify a leak. Michael Torres was very knowledgeable and made recommendations on repairs. The service tech that came out and fixed the issues. Fast forward to my most recent issue, my insurance company contacted me for another property to tell me they did an inspection and wanted me to repair shingles on that home. I immediately contacted Michael because I could trust that he would come out and make a fair assessment of repairs. Not only did he inspect the roof but also informed that the roof was in good condition. He could have proposed costly and unnecessary repairs but he didn’t. He was fair and had integrity in his profession and work ethic! Did he stop there no, not only did he do that he also conducted a call with my insurance company to explain his inspection. This is going above and beyond and I truly appreciate him doing that when he did not have too. If I ever need my roof fixed I will be call Roof Medic and recommending them to others. My roof started leaking in several places with all the recent rains. I contacted Roof Medic and they made a through inspection. They determined that my old worn-out shingles would have to be replaced. They quoted a reasonable price and I gave them the go-ahead. The materials were delivered and the next day the crew began a full tear-off. That afternoon they began covering the entire roof with ice dams and breathable sheeting followed by new shingles. Joe and Jesus, the on-site supervisors, kept us well informed with everything that was being done to ensure we ended up with a watertight house again. The process was noisy but the crew did their job to perfection and speed. All the shrubbery and windows were protected and once they were finished did a complete cleanup. The final product looks great and we're happy with the new look. Thanks Roof Medic.

Top notch. We had an emergency leak in our garage ceiling, in addition to a leak in our upstairs master bathroom that we believed was from a boot jack that needed to be replaced per the company that had put on our new roof. The roofing company informed us they did not replace boot jacks. None the less, Roof Medic immediately came out, provided quote and got us on the books! Repairs were done same day. The repair team was extremely professional and explained all work done. A couple of weeks later, we still noticed some leaking in the upstairs bathroom (bad boot jack replaced). Joe immediately came out, crawled up in our sweltering attic, found that it was actually a pipe seal that was loose causing the leak, and advised for us to get a plumber out. He even took pictures for us to share with our plumber!!! He did not charge us and we are SO appreciative of him going the extra mile for us. That is TOP NOTCH service! Roof Medic clearly operates with integrity and makes sure that their customers are taken care of! Highly recommend!

OMG! What an amazing experience. From the time Nathan arrived and place the tarp over the hole in the roof( mind you, he did this without ensuring a deal was made). Upon completion of this work, we sat and talked about the roof. He was knowledgeable and personable. We were even afforded a veteran's discount. In approximately three weeks the roof was ready to be installed. These gentlemen were awesome. They arrived at 7:30am (i was already in the yard). They worked, cleaned up( didn't know anyone had replaced a roof) . They moved anything in their way and put it back in it's place. I received an invoice via email and paid it by way of credit card or bank. It was fantastic! Please give Roof Medic a try!
