RoofTek

My roof was installed by RoofTek in 2022, and it’s leaking now. I tried calling RoofTek for an inspection, but the call was redirected to their California office. They couldn’t provide any contact information for the Oregon branch. It’s been over 48 hours, no one contacted me, and all they’ve done is mark my case as "urgent." Pretty disappointing and irresponsible for a company with a 10-year warranty.

We decided to go with Rooftek for our new roof based on their competitive pricing and friendliness. Theirs was the best quote we received overall. The actual job only took one full day (11am-8:30pm) on our small house, and the new roof looks great. Scheduling was disorganized and a little frustrating. I’d give 4.5 stars if possible.

Rooftek did a magnificent job with our roof. We got this very special composite that looks like ral slate . They spent 3 weeks meticulously placing each tile one by one. To top it off , they also installed a leaf guarded gutter sytem. We could not be more pleased. with the outcome.

Their salesman, Dave, was very helpful in explaining the product. I felt comfortable with my decision and the price seemed fair for my home. They actually started work earlier than we expected. Very quick and the service from their site manager, Jonathan, was way above my expectations. I will definitely reconsider RoofTek in the future.

David at Rooftek was incredibly helpful and professional. He responded quickly to my inquiry and was the only one willing to provide an over-the-phone estimate. He clearly explained the cost breakdown for my project and offered several options that would work well within my budget. His knowledge and honest approach made the process straightforward and easy. I recently had a bid from the RoofTek-Portland folks. Although I chose to reroof using a different company I'd used before, I had positive interactions through the bidding process with RoofTek. The RoofTek personnel I met first were both professional and personable. The technician (Josh) who came to check my roof and put together the estimate was also very professional and personable. He explained everything very thoroughly, including advances in roofing technology and materials. He followed up with me a couple of times without being pushy. Communication is a key factor for me in these home maintenance/repair decisions. I appreciated the thorough, clear communication I experienced with RoofTek.

I’m very happy that I picked this company to work with. Especially Johnathan, he is very friendly and very helpful. He always there to answer my questions. I highly recommend this guys.
