Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Fabian from Roto-Rooter was awesome! He went above and beyond to replace my water heater. He gave me an honest assessment of the issue and clearly explained my options. He worked hard, stayed dedicated until the job was done, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty—highly recommend

I’ve used Roto Rooter every time for plumbing issues which has been 3 times out of my last 5 years as a homeowner. I have never had a bad experience with them. This last time was exceptionally incredible thanks to the plumber Fabian. He even went with me to the store to pick out a water heater and walked me through the entire process and went above and beyond to create a great experience. I am truly thankful for him and roto rooter. 10/10 recommend.

I discovered a backup from the sewer line to the toilets in my home. I placed a call to Roto-Rooter and they responded quickly by dispatching a service technician to my home. Service Tech Erik Bradley arrived promptly, assessed the problem and made the necessary repair. Prior to beginning the work, he explained the situation and showed me what was causing the backup. Erik was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. Five stars to Erik for a job well done!

T.I.M. was the best! He quickly assessed my 6 toilet home. The toilets on the 2nd floor would not flush. He listened to the gurgling and explained it was a main drain partial clog. He is friendly and courteous. He saved the weekend as I had 4 family members visiting from out of town.

We were extremely impressed with the quick response on Sunday with Juan the field supervisor coming to discuss the problem while waiting for Carl the drain man to unclog our backed up toilets. Though the line was clear within the time frame Carl arrived we discussed replacing our toilets to allow for better flush and flow. There was no charge for the weekend call. An estimate was provided by Emmanuel and Tony on Monday. We purchased our toilets today (Tuesday)and Emmanuel and Tony returned this afternoon to install them. They were extremely conscientious and made no mess and install was done in less than 2 hours. All of the above named Roto Rooter staff are friendly, knowledgeable and well dressed. The lady I spoke with on Sunday due to the emergency was knowledgeable about the problem and was very efficient in scheduling an appt. so quickly. We could not be more pleased with Roto Rooter and they will now take care of all our plumbing needs. We will highly recommend them to all of our neighbors.

Fabian Zuluaga was the technician and he was excellent. His customer service skills were exceptional and he not only diagnosed and repaired the problem swiftly, he explained what he did and why he did it, but additionally he gave me tips on how to avoid the issue again. He cleaned up the mess that was made, which happened before he arrived, he tested his work several times before he was satisfied that the problem was solved and he gave me his contact information and permission to call him if I had further questions. His ability to explain the issue and demonstrate how to keep the toilet flowing properly without having to invest in a new toilet went above and beyond my expectations. I hope everyone who has interactions with your company has the same experience I had. Fabian was truly exceptional.

Roto-Rooter was at our home within 1 hour of us making the service call. Emmanuel R. and Tony were extremely professional. Emmanuel explained the entire repair in great detail. All while training his colleague. They were forth coming, honest, and extremely meticulous. Our unit was under warranty, which was a new process for us all to work through with the vendor, but Emmanuel and Tony patiently waited while that was sorted out. They wouldn't leave until I was satisfied.
