Royal Moving & Storage Los Angeles

I needed a mid to large size move done a quick as possible and royal moving &storage Los Angeles exceeded my expectations. The crew was absolutely amazing and handled everything with great care. I had a lot of fragile items that they wrapped securely and transported it with care. They were very friendly and kind. It was a six hour job and they were nonstop moving. They did a fantastic job and I would recommended this moving service to anybody. I’m attaching a couple of photos so that you can see the extent that they go to make sure your items are secured and safe. As well as a couple photos where they went above and beyond to make my bed so I wouldn’t have to worry about that tonight. They also hung my hangers and organized my closet. I’m am beyond grateful for my crew.

Setting up the appointment was quick and easy, the crew showed up on time and ready to work, and they quickly packed up everything safely and efficiently. They had no problem with the longer drive between locations and unloaded everything without issue on our small busy street. They were willing to help me adjust furniture and move things until it all fit. Overall they did a fantastic job and we will definitely be using Royal the next time we move.

Great moving service. Nick came in with 3 guys, disassembled all the big items, packed efficiently and were out of the house in less than an hour and a half. At the new apartment, they were efficient and brought the respective boxes to the rooms they were labeled with. We had a sofa that was entirely too big to fit in the doorway and the guys got creative and were able to bring it in through the window. Took 3 hours total for 2 bedroom move. Great price.

Hiring this company was the best decision we made starting with the point of contact Christian setting us up for our move. Then the dream team came in and did the rest. They treated our items with care. They were quick. They were never on their cell phones, they didn’t have idle conversation, they were efficient very pleasant and friendly. The customer service was amazing setting up the move and giving me all the help I needed to prepare. movers showed up right on time and handled everything from start to finish. I didn’t have to pack a single thing—they packed up my entire place in just four hours! Jose and Wayne made the whole process not only easier but also more pleasant. Such a great team! They showed up precisely on time in the morning, assessed the situation and before I even realized, they already moved out and loaded all the boxes I had. When they moved my furniture, it was really a good show to watch live! The way they moved and wrapped the items, the way they made it downstairs (sorry Jose and Wayne for the tiny stairs I had) was so amazing that I was speechless. I can’t do this review without mentioning the massage chair. Jose and Wayne were more than awesome that they dissembled it nicely, wrapped carefully, and delivered inside the destination in an elegant way. Oh yes then the fun part- the delivery and moving in. Again, everything happened in an efficient and professional way. It’s obvious that they care about the process and how we feel. Definitely one of my best experiences in my life. I had a great experience with Royal moving! Justin’s team showed up right on time and were courteous and efficient. They moved my family from one apartment to another that included navigating stairs and long hallways without any issues (or complaints!). They wrapped my belongings securely and worked professionally. His team worked well together, and they were all friendly and respectful. Justin’s team made a potentially stressful day go smoothly.
