RV-Fam

When first looking for a decent place to get work performed on my RV (this is my third), things were not looking good since I knew the reputations of what was available in this area. Some had even recently gone out of business, but then I found RV-Fam. The first advantage was their location. With RV-Fam I didn't have to drive 50 to 100+ miles to get there. That alone was worth taking a chance on their services. Since then I have used RV-FAM now with great results. Even though they were NOT on a list of authorized service providers for Thor Motor Coach, they worked with me in providing the necessary estimate and pictures to Thor Motor Coach to get their work on my refrigerator accepted for payment under my warranty. The quality of their work and the commonsense approach in troubleshooting is impressive. The "fridge" works great. Since my first experience was extremely successful, I came back again to have RV-Fam install a Bigfoot Leveling System. My 2024 Class-C was NOT offered with leveling jacks. Also, it is only a 25 ft. coach with limits as to what can be added. Now that I have four (4) hydraulic jacks with auto leveling. Because of the limited space, the Central Pump Unit was placed under the kitchen sink. Although this takes up some of the space for a trash can and other accessories, their neat installation still allowed it to accommodate the trash can and accessories. Also, it allows for the Central Pump Unit to be moved out onto the floor for maintenance and servicing. Since this turned out so successful and neat, I have already sent "Bigfoot" (the leveling system manufacturer) a written description and pictures of the completed installation. Even they were impressed. So, whether it be warranty work or out of pocket needs, I've found RV-Fam to be what I would call the best service provider in this area by far.

RV Fam has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They quickly evaluated my camper and provided an estimate based on everything I needed done. We ended up having quite a bit of work completed, and they still managed to get our camper back to us in about two and a half weeks. Their communication is next-level for this industry. They kept me informed every step of the way, documenting and photographing the entire process so I could see exactly what was done. Pricing was very reasonable, and I really appreciated the honesty of the shop owner. He even talked me out of having certain work done because it wasn’t necessary. Something you rarely see these days. That level of integrity went a long way with me. Highly recommend RV Fam to anyone needing honest, high-quality camper repair or maintenance!

We discovered a soft spot in the floor of our trailer home in an RV resort. RV-Fam acted quickly and professionally to assess the damage, give an estimate, and start the work. They repaired the floor and wall in record time and the cost came in under budget. They sealed the trailer walls and roof, painted, and put it in ship shape. All aling the way they communicated with texts and photos demonstrating the progress. These guys are great. We couldn't be more pleased. Wow! We highly recommend RV-Fam.

On a trip through VA my water pump stopped working and I had many more boondocking nights ahead of me. I called, they said "yes we can help.. how soon can you get here?" I was 30 mins away.. they worked me in immediately. I couldn't have been there an hour. The best customer service I've ever experienced. Wonderful people, very grateful for them!

These guys were great! They were able to install an awning in less than a weeks time and kept us on schedule. Very knowledgeable and helpful picking out just what we wanted. Communication was on point and the transaction was easy. The installation crew was on time, polite and went that extra mile. They made this an easy and stess-free process and our awning looks amazing! I highly recommend them.

RV-fam did a great job repairing the body work on my motor home. They worked closely with the insurance company and got everything that was needed approved. They also winterized it, did an oil change and replaced the tires while it was there. One stop shop. I'm very pleased with their work.

RV Fam did an awesome job repairing my roof. There was considerable damage from a leak that had been working on the roof for a couple of years unbeknownst to me. Vitale and his crew got in there and did a very good job of repairing the work. Looks awesome! Also resealed the roof! Couldn't have asked for a better fix up. I have since recommended them to several others for work on their RVs. Will continue to do so!
