The team was amazing! A rock hit my windshield on Sunday that slowly went from 2" to over a foot overnight. Made the appointment through my insurance company and went the earliest I could, which was Tuesday. It was easy to schedule. Dropped my car off at 10am and they were done before noon! They even managed to keep the stickers on my windshield in the exact same spots. Staff was very friendly. They even have little desks to work off of while they do their work. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed by the service at this place. I made an appointment specifying that I needed my windshield calibrated. Appt was at 7am on 11/1/2025. They sent text confirming it was a warranty appointment and details of what to do to prepare for the appointment. I arrived 5 minutes before 7am, the manager arrived about 5 minutes after 7 am. I told her I was there for my appointment and she asked me for more detail about it. She then informed me that that service is past warranty because it past the 30 days. I then asked her how mauch they charge to calibrate the windshield and she then told me they can't calibrate the windshield because they don't do that and they only calibrate them when a new windshield is installed. I told her that the appointment was specifically made for calibrating my windshield and I even asked at the time I made the appointment of it was covered and the guy told me, "Yes, this is under warranty so it is covered." He was told the date the windshield was replaced by them and even given the order number. The manager could see the notes and agreed the employee who set the appointment made a mistake and she was sorry. As you can see from the text, they were aware it was a warranty appt, they never once called and told me about the error but instead sent text confirming the appt. They even ignorantly sent a text after I was told they can't even calibrate my windshield still confirming my appointment. Just another "service" provider who lacks service. I wasted my time and they act as though it is nothing. I do not recommend this center as any viable place to take your vehicle.

I realized 5 days after my windshield was replaced that the cover for the review mirror mount had been forcibly removed and damaged in such a way that it cannot be correctly reattached and now my rear view mirror is hanging loose. If you use this repair shop, you need to be very thorough when inspecting the work. The shop cut away the plastic so that the cover can never snap securely into place again, as shown by the area circles in the photo.

My windshield replacement was easily scheduled, taken care of at the appointed time I selected, professionally done with assurance that the vehicle interior was clean of any debris from the replacement, and included recalibration and verification of the windshield camera. I am very happy with Safelite service!!

Came to Safelite after a small rock hit my windshield, leaving a crack smaller than the top of a fingernail. When I arrived, they told me the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour, but the job was done in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed — there’s still black and white residue left on my windshield, and the repair is clearly visible. I honestly regret coming here. I could’ve bought a $20 repair kit online and done a better job myself. Instead, I spent nearly $300 and was told by the front desk that if I didn’t want to "see anything," I’d need a full windshield replacement — which isn’t true. The crack was tiny, smaller than the tip of a push pin. When I questioned it, the employee just pointed to the fine print of their policy saying they only do patch work to prevent cracks from spreading. Would’ve been nice to know before paying that much. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you have a small crack, save your money and get a DIY kit from Amazon — the results are way better, and you’ll barely notice anything on your glass.

I messed up and didn’t ensure that they had the correct window before they began the installation. They bought an aftermarket rear window from my truck that had a heating element in it, but my truck didn’t already have a heated rear window. So now, I have four exposed heating element contacts on the inside of my truck. I’m not stoked about this at all.

After having my windshield replaced by safelite my rain sensing wipes and my hud no longer function. I’m concerned the safety systems next to the rain sensor also aren’t functioning correctly. The new windshield also makes a loud squeaking noise when the wipers are on, which never happened with the oem windshield. If you have a newer car avoid safelite and just go get the OEM product.
