Best computer support ever! Agree with everything said in the previous post. Bud accepted my frozen Dell laptop (choked on Microsoft 8 and 8.1) based on my Washington Checkbook referral. I knew the area (near Landmark shopping center) and my other alternative was an equivalent referral, but just as far and in another direction. Luckily I chose Bud. He restored my laptop to an earlier version of Microsoft without loss of data. He also cleansed another hard drive of government communications without charge. His fees were a couple of dollars more than a diagnostic fee at a well known retailer. He could well charge double, but waiting for Bud is worth it. Please don't call the phone number listed after business hours unless it is a true emergency. Bud will answer!

You will not find a better, nicer, more honest person to handle your computer issues. And, his rates are very reasonable. If I could give Landmark 10 stars, I would!

Has fixed or upgraded a couple of my laptops over the years for reasonable fees with prompt service. He actually answers the phone most of the time when calling, and if he can't, calls back promptly. He'll also try to help over the phone if it's not a large problem, without a fee. Very unusual service in this day and age.

Bud at Landmark Computers did it again. We called him up and he guided us through a few quick checks and saved the day and saved us the time and $$ of a trip to see him. He's the most honest businessman I've seen in a long time. I didn't wind up needing to take my business to him today, but when I do come across a problem Bud can't diagnose and walk me through on the phone, I'm taking it to him at Landmark Computer. Thank you again sir!

Bud Stolker is on time for appointments, returns phone calls and emails promptly, and delivers the finished product as promised. He provides an invoice that is clear and complete and fairly priced. There is no nickel-and-diming. He came to my house to pick up a laptop I asked him to set up for me. I forgot to give him the power cord. It turns out that he did not have one in the shop because the machine is a late-model Lenovo with a new much-smaller fitting. He went to his supplier and got one there. No extra charge. All in all, friendly service that goes the extra mile.
