I had a wonderful experience at this store, if it weren't for personal reasons I would keep on taking guitar classes here. The staff is so nice and always welcoming, My teacher, Connor, gave me so many good exercises and tips, and always made sure all of my questions were answered!!
We have been going to this store for years of lessons for my two boys. Piano, guitar, drums, there was the three weeks one kid played sax. Throughout the changes in instruments, schedules, and instructors, the staff at this store has been so consistently helpful and welcoming. Teddy and Steve, in particular, can handle any change in schedule, any request for assistance, and always went above and beyond to make our experience great. They encouraged my boys as they were trying instruments, provided great recommendations for instruments, repairs, and accessories, and answered every question we’ve had. I’ve spent years hanging out in this store in 30-minute increments and i’ve watched hundreds of friendly and knowledgeable interactions with customers. Highly recommend this store for music lessons or retail. They have great customer service and talented teachers. (Especially Clay for drums!)
They have a great selection of classes, instruments, supplies… My son is having a blast there. His teacher is Martin Nau and he is perfect for my son. He can steer my son’s energy and have him very focused. My son has learned so much in 3 lessons! I am very pleased. I also love the people at the register. They are very friendly.
The staff were great, helpful and pleasant. My issue is the selection of soprano saxophone music and accessories. This area in general leaves much to be desired. I also purchased a stand that I was assured was the right one only to find out when I got home that it was in fact the wrong one. Not a bad experience overall.
The staff were super helpful with finding me the reed size and style I was struggling to find on my own and they were kind about it. The selection of available reeds was small in comparison to what the labels on the shelves advertised. Hopefully HQ restocks the store with the missing items
