I called Sawtelle Handyman Services to install one more electrical outlet in my study as I need it to connect my computer and the existing outlet was on the other side of the room. There was a need to dig a ditch in the wall. the work was quite messy. But the guy came was very experienced. He did a very fine job and when he was done everythink was nicely clean. I am very happy with the service.

Awful. Tried to get someone out to give me a quote on an exhaust fan replacement; it's a unique installation, which I tried to convey over the phone. My first appointment, no one showed up within the window. After following up, it seemed they just forgot, so we rescheduled. The next day someone called me and tried to give me a quote over the phone without stopping by in person to see the issue - I let them know that's not possible, they'll need to come out and look for themselves as it's not a standard residential fan. They said they'd be by in 15 minutes; 45 minutes later, I called to follow up and they were just sitting outside my house on the street? The technician took one step inside, said this is not the type of fan he can replace, he wishes I would've sent a photo. If they would have asked for a photo, I would have gladly sent. Huge waste of time, terrible customer service. Do not recommend.
