I, too, have had a terrible experience with this company. I was told that, based on my history, what I would generate would cover more than what I use most of the time and that the only charge I would have to pay is the connection charge to SRP. They failed to mention the demand charge (and I have text messages from salesman confirming only charge is connection), and the demand charge has made it so that the bills are almost the same as they were before, only now I have an additional payment to cover the cost of the panels. Nothing has changed in my household. If anything, we have been more conscious of using electric. Also gave misinformation on taxes. I am a widow on Social Security and this has been a disaster for me. I went so far as to contacting the Attorney General, only to find that mail they sent to the company was returned as undeliverable. Hmmm...I've checked their email and address. Exactly as I told the AG. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this company.

Regional Sales manager Joeseph Lohr convinced us to go with Senergy. Ensured us that the install would be relativley quick and that he would be our point of contact through the install. We took out a loan and paid for the install. That was over 4 months ago. We still do not have solar. Last time workers were at my home they destroyed my yard, broke a gas line (said nothing) and then never returned. Ive tried every contact number and email to try to get the issue resolved and have had no answer or reply. we have even reached out to the COO of the company Nate Gentry to try to get the issue resolved or atleast our money back for the install that never happened. He was unhelpful and never called us back. Do not use Senergy Solar, it is not worth the risk. If you have used Senergy and had issue with installation or lack there of please report them to the AROC with this ROC# and your complaint details. ROC341251

Very Aggressive people that they hire for door to door sales in our neighborhood. Not sure if they have, or need a permit, but when asked to not return, they continually show up with the same sales pitch and will argue with us at the door. Is this harassment? Sure feels like it. Please stop with the aggressive sales tactics and show your community some respect!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Senergy. We worked with Josh who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We are first time home owners and he made sure to inform us about every detail of our new system, and how it compares to our current traditional set up, as well as walk us through the installation process and relevant tax credit information. All of our questions were answered promptly and we went from feeling completely overwhelmed to well informed and excited for this upgrade to our home. I would highly recommend working with Josh and Senergy, their service was incredibly professional, they offer a great product supported by generous warranties, and most importantly they made the whole process so easy for us.

Joseph Lohr was very courteous and professional. He presented the information about our solar solution in an easy to understand way. He was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly and completely. He was also able to connect with us in a personal way that made me feel comfortable about the solar solution. It felt like he really wanted to give us the best options for our family. We have been connected to solar for a few months now and couldn't be happier with Joseph and Senergy!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I was promised an incentive to signing up (which I have not received) and I was told I could merge my 2 loans which also did not happen which is now making me pay $460 a month…no one is responding to my complaints. Also their electrician caused me and my husband to get electrocuted because they did not wire everything correctly. ON TOP OF THAT they wanted ME to pay for the electrician to fix the issue. Please do NOT buy from them! It has been a nightmare!

Senergy is a great company to work with. They sell a high quality product and warranty it for 25 years. Josh in particular was very thorough and took the time to explain all my options and every step of the process. Even after my purchase he still checks to see if I am satisfied with the system and if I have any questions. The installation was smooth and painless and I am now saving over $1000 a year on my electric bill and got a huge potion back of the money I spent on my taxes:). Senergy had the best product and were the most knowledgeable of all the companies I got quotes from and they were competitive in pricing. I would strongly recommend their service.
