I recently ordered the WD Black SN850 8TB for my PS5 Pro, and I couldn’t be happier with it! The installation was super easy and took only a few minutes. The extra storage space is a game changer, and the performance is outstanding. I’ll also be uploading my installation video and pictures with this review so others can see how simple the process is. Highly recommend this SSD upgrade for any PS5 Pro owner!

I want to take this time to Thank Matthew the store manager at Best Buy in Albuquerque. I came into the store today and he personally provided excellent customer service. He made my day! I will recommend this store on Ellison to all my friends and family to shop here. Nowadays you have to recognize a job well done! I can see why he is the manager! Thank you very much! Really! Best buy has lost us. Mojo, I've been there multiple times in the last 3 months, and I haven't found one thing that I was looking .. that includes a helpful salesperson,.. lanyard, to put on a cell phone, so that if I put it in a shopping cart I would see the lanyard and not walk off, they do not have such an item.. I was looking for, a female USB to type-c, adapter, they didn't have one of those. .. I was looking for helpful advice,... The genius people that I've seen before, seem to have disappeared.. I usually always, I'm generous and buy somebody a cup of coffee, with a Starbucks gift card, when I receive answers, but right now everybody's interested in social interaction and not the customers,... And I went at a time that was not busy, this represents my opinion from August of 2025 through October of 2025,

Don’t buy anything from here online for customer pickup. Their website will tell you it’s in stock and available for pickup in an hour and then after you pay you will get an email that says there is an issue with the item not being in stock and then you get the pleasure of waiting 10 days for a refund. Do better Best Buy. With technology available today it should be easy to keep track of your inventory.

Had a scheduled same day appointment for cell phone battery change. Drove 25 min just to hear from customer service that it cannot be done. Placed fault on apple rather than taking responsibility that they are scheduling appointments which they cannot address. Careful at this location when you schedule appointment with Greek Squad.

We went to this location on Ellison. I went in not knowing much and looking for answers. Taj helped me in the computer section; she took her time, and was so knowledgeable. All my questions answered and with great customer service. When walking through the store everyone we came in contact with was nice. Thank you Again Taj!

​I went to Best Buy to purchase an Xbox Series S 1 Terabyte console. ​The initial frustration began at the register. After pulling the designated product tag, I was rudely instructed by the cashier to take the tag to the customer service counter instead of being checked out. ​I then waited in a second line at the customer service desk. Upon checking, the console was not available in its designated location. A manager was called to retrieve a unit, and he incorrectly brought a 512GB console. ​When I clearly requested the 1TB console I had originally intended to buy, the manager provided a protracted run-around regarding the difference between the console I wanted and a more expensive model. He also made a point of asking if the console was "for someone else," rudely implying that as a woman, I wouldn't be purchasing a new gaming console for myself. His gross misinformation and this demeaning implication that I had not researched my desired product were insulting. ​The combination of the initial rudeness, the logistical failures, the manager's deceptive product information, and his sexist implication resulted in a deeply frustrating and unacceptable shopping experience. I will not be returning to Best Buy.
