Disregard for any safety concerns, will throw you under the bus at any given time if it suits them, lack of quality control, rushed deadlines, low wages, "mandatory" overtime. Better off at any retail or fast food joint considering they pay more and care if their employees are at least somewhat healthy in comparison. Right now I’m currently facing retaliation for daring to ask for SDSs regarding heat pipes full of ammonia - the head of HR even had the gall to try and dictate how safe I ought to feel based off of my particular job position. She gets to sit in an office while I’m on the floor with these things.
