My water heater started leaking and smoking and Caffi was able to send a team within 15 mins. I was amazed I had a new water heater the next morning! They also arranged for a contractor to do some work before they were able to remove the tank. They were fast, efficient, professional. I was so relieved that they could come so quickly. I had a wonderful experience.

I was absolutely impressed with Brian and Cesar from Caffi. My neighbors recommended Caffi. They repaired two things on the spot for less than $100 that another plumber said would cost $2000! They fixed two other things that another plumber said couldn’t be repaired. These guys are true professionals and give such great info to help your decisions. Also highly ethical in not overselling or over-billing.

Excellent service from Brian Mojica. He went above and beyond to solve the problem with the garbage disposal and shower issues! Great professional who approaches his work with these skills: communicative, punctual, critical thinker and problem solver. It is easy to get an appointment with on time service. I will definitely call Caffi again with any plumbing issues.

Our 3 year old hot-water heater quit on a Sat night - noticed a leak at the same time. We called Caffi Mon AM and it was back in working order by noon !! The Caffi tech, Jonathon, was great !! He found the problem, explained it, and made it easy to ok the repair. He also had sound advice about monitoring and preventive care. Could not have been more satisfied with the responsiveness - and am glad we called this company !!

Mr. Brian Mojica was phenomenal! He addressed the concern we were experiencing with a consistent tapping and dripping noise, able to diagnose it almost immediately before even having to do the hard work behind the scenes. Caffi sent a knowledgeable and courteous plumber to my house this morning to find & fix a mysterious clog in the laundry pipes. Within 15 minutes he had cleared the problem and left the place in better shape than how he found it! I appreciate the promptness, the excellent service, the knowledge and the explanation of charges before doing the work. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience getting our hot water tank and toilets replaced after a routine plumbing inspection. Brian and Jeremy did an excellent job! They came on time and were very courteous of the guidelines of our condo building. The work was done well and quickly.
