Adam and his team were really informed and easy to work with ! We reviewed all the paperwork together and he made sure we fully understood how it would work. If you are looking for solar in Louisiana or gulf coast he’s your guy!

ETA: we are not happy with this system. Our cleco bill for this month is $300. So on top of our $300 bill for the solar panels this system is costing us more money. We were duped on this system and made a bad decision. Hopefully other people can stay away! So far our experience has been great. Adam and Ken have been very responsive and made us feel comfortable during this process. The panels are installed and look great, we are awaiting one final piece before they start generating power. I will update later with the savings!

My Experience was Great, First I meet Mr. Ken Muesche, The Regional Manager, He was so Knowledgeable and Caring, He really helped me make up my mind on using Infenergy - upon installation, Valentino Loera was the Electrical Guy He was Amazing, and Mr. Rudy was the roofing Panel Guy, He was Terrific. I recently had a an extra Panel added Mr. Josh was so instrumental in helping and Mr. Robert did a Great Job installing it. I’m very Happy and Satisfied- Thanks Infenergy

Ken’s home presentation was excellent. He explained everything in simple terms, from how the system works to the financial savings and available incentives. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. Ken was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time with no high pressure sales tactics. He simply explained how everything worked and how I would benefit from solar. Highly recommend speaking with Ken if you’re considering solar!

Mark and Ken were fantastic. We met Mark while he was canvassing the neighborhood. He was kind, honest and a wealth of information. He took the time to answer all of our questions. Ken was friendly and knowledgeable and truly gave us the impression that he really wanted to help us save money with the solar panels. Neither were pushy at all. I’m thankful for the time they spent with my husband and I to show us our options with the panels.

Ken sat down with me and my wife and did an amazing job at explaining everything, he was very patient and knowledgeable on the subject. He provided real factual data and picture evidence that were undeniable to the quality and benefits of the solar. He sat down with us and walked us through all the financial portion as well and was very helpful in understanding and securing that process. At this time we did not go with the solar panels due to some personal reasons but sitting down with Ken was definitely worth the time and I plan on working with him in the future!
