nice and respectful young man. provided me with information about panels and their repair. Did the repair efficiently - let me tun the pump on and off so he would not have to go up and down several times taking longer and more risk on ladder. I have used Tenco before and will again.

We chose to work with Tenco because we felt we could trust them. That trust was well placed. The bid was competitive. The sales process (working with Robert Rios) went well. Robert responded immediately to my many questions and provided clear information. The written contract was fairly easy to understand. The work was completed on schedule. The installation crew was professional, friendly and helpful. We ran into a glitch with our already installed electrical panel that required a somewhat involved process with our utility and Building and Safety (this was my fault). Claryssa was with me every step of the way, providing guidance and reaching out to agencies on our behalf - her friendly and professional presence did a lot to calm my nerves. Our system is now up and running and I am happy! I highly recommend Tenco Solar.

Tenco Solar was very efficient, professional and helped me solve my solar problem. They were very patient and helped me o understand that my system was not commissioned. What a great team they were, very cordial and polite! My panels are now working!!

2 guys came but I did not remember their names. They were very polite and friendly. They inspected my system thoroughly and explained to all my questions professionally.
