I for so long dragged my feet and avoided Solar all together. Reluctant of all the scams and myriad fast-pitched flood of over-night schemes out there. After the recent windstorms of January 2025, our roof needed to be replaced, and if I was going to take a chance with solar energy, this was the time. I met and received many estimates from Solar companies from around our area, but the ones who stood out to us was Nare and Daniel from NeoSun Solar. They spent the considerable time to come out and inspect the roof and give us a detailed estimate and projections of the number of panels needed and their location on the roof. They were very upfront with the costs and projected energy generated as well as the potential electrical bill savings. Once the work began, they coordinated extremely well with our roofing contractors to ensure that there would be no leaks in the roof for the coming years. They handled all the permits and inspections, the entire process went very quickly and smoothly. There has been good communications and they have been responsive to all my questions or concerns. I am so happy I found Neosun! I had originally gotten some roofing quotes and thought I had settled on a company who also had a good reputation, but they said that they would not cover the solar panels on my house and I would have to find my own third party to install/reinstall the panels after the roofing was complete. I stumbled across Neosun who had someone come out within a day to give me a quote. They ended up offering to replace my roof for me as well as handle the installation of the panels which gave me more comfort as I would only have to deal with 1 company instead of 2 (especially if there are problems in the future). Nare and Daniel were great, so very communicative and professional. I was scheduled quickly, the price was competitive, the quality was great (the even matched my shingles!), and the whole process was so painless. I have replaced 3 roofs in my lifetime and Neosun has been the best to work with by far. Thank you so much!
