I had the best experience with SolarXperts. Joy was amazing and was informative about solar and the benefits. Besides minor bumps from PG&E the process has been great from start to finish. Loved that SolarXperts did the footwork with contacting PG&E and following up with me which was a huge relief. Thank you!!

Joy from SolarXperts was amazing. She’s very honest and takes care of her customers on a professional and personal manner. When I encountered delays with the city permit and PG&E, Joy took it personally to resolve the issues. The overall experience was worth it. With the solar panels that Joy helped me implement, PG&E can no longer dictate when I can use my own electricity. Bless and Thank You Joy.

Joy Brown is amazing. I was soooo frustrated with the process... Joy made it so easy for me to understand all the cost and installation process . Very patient with me. She is definitely an asset to the company. I would steal her if I had a solar company.!!! Lol... JOY BROWN ROCKS... THANK YOU SO MUCH...

The Solar Experts sales person was pleasant and informative. The installers were excellent and the product is great so far. However, the company did not show for two scheduled appointments with the city inspector. I called day prior to each appointment to confirm. In addition a third inspection failed because the Solar Expert employee was not given up to date rendering of the installation. The three failed inspections resulted in a 4-month delay to getting panels operating.

Hugo and Angelina kept me informed all the way through the installation process, with frequent phone calls. Hugo made sure I knew that I could call him at any time if a question came about the system itself or the installation. I feel that Hugo and his team really had my back. Installation went quickly, taking just a few hours. I had requested some additional monitoring capability, and the parts were not available on installation day. Just a few days later, they arrived and a quick visit from the installers had the system completed. I highly recommend solarXperts for anyone considering a PV solar collection system.

Our SolarXperts rep was amazing. We had a smooth journey through the entire process. From the minute Joy visited our home and walked us through the process to the time we got the go ahead from PG&E we had no issues. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner and the crew was extremely professional, Joy even stopped by on the day of installation to see how things were progressing. Any and all questions/concerns we have had during the way have been addressed by Joy immediately. When I say immediately it is just that, she has replied/responded to my calls and/or texts literally within minutes. She’s an amazing representative that SolarXperts are lucky to have on their team. Joy, Thanks for all your help through this process. We are now producing energy like it’s going out of style. Can’t wait for the next PG&E bill to what a difference solar makes.

Electricians say they set up everything wrong. We paid a fortune for panels and we’re still paying the same amount for pgne and now we got a bill 15 times higher than usual. Sales person wandered into our house and I’m furious
