Have been thinking about solar for a couple years, but I’m a tough guy to sell. My electric rate went up 50% in 3 years so finally I said enough was enough. Had multiple people come to my door but glad I went with these guys. They had great customer service and got my panels installed in time to take advantage of the tax break this year. I’ve noticed other panels look a bit bulky so we were really happy to see how slick looking these were. Apparently these are a new 2020 model which look nicer, are very resistant to "Mother Nature", and generate more power than the older models. Excited to get using these and stop paying a stupid electricity bill!

I have always been interested in converting to solar however it didn’t seem attainable or feasible, after seeking out information and speaking with Micheal Ramos, an Epic Solar Energy Consultant my perspective quickly changed. Micheal provided educational, well documented prepared data and information about the product. He was able to answer all my questions in a respectful and professional manner. He was very specific regarding recommendations for how many panels, size of the system, and the location of panels for our home. He also listed the manufacturer, the effectiveness, projected savings and return of investment, as well as all costs, timeline, etc. The office staff communications were always on point and timely. They communicated every step of the way. They handled all the details including permits and inspectors. The installers were professional, quiet, communicative, polite, neat, on time and thorough. Epic Solar Energy, from first to last has been informative, professional, pleasant, and exceeded expectations. At first I thought his may seem too good to be true however you will find that it is all true and very well worth it. I would definitely recommend Epic Solar Energy.

Best out there! Quality and price! Had many Solar companies come to my door. So glad we went with Epic. They are honest and genuine, takes care of everything. Answered any questions without being sales. You could tell they are about what is best for customer. It’s so nice to not have an electric bill to pay!
