WARNING: THIS IS AN EDIT!. While the install was very professional, the hidden cost of changing electric company was a bust. The company claims to absorb almost all cost with small overage paid to Electrical company. Well to date we have been paying pretty much our regular electric fees as before, PLUS the $159 for leasing the system. In other words the DOUBLE THE COST OF OUR MONTHLY ELECTRIC BILL. They say your just using more electricity or the system is working as promised and put it on you. Im logging a formal complaint to the BBB. I cannot recommend responsibly this system. Its draining our savings. Team number 3; Francisco Tomas Angel Ortega were a great team. They were very professional came on time and discussed their installation plans with me prior to install. They were extremely informative with any questions that I had, and I was very impressed with their service. They were very efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend anyone who's thinking about going solar to use their services.

Great experience working with the Our World Energy team! OWE made switching to solar a completely hassle-free experience. Every step of the process was handled with complete competence and professionalism. Communication was prompt, thorough, and efficient. Customer service was consistently excellent. Special shoutout to Jasper in sales and our super project coordinator, Jay. I’d thank the whole team by name if I knew all of their names, because from the very first phone call to the very last technician on our property, every employee of this company was an amazing ambassador for their brand. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property and time.

We are very impressed with the service and installation by the Dallas Crew from Our World Energy. They spent time making sure everything was not only done correctly but also preserved the appearance of the roof. This image only shows one of the sections but all of them look great. They were a pleasure to work with even though they had to deal with terrible weather the first day.

I’m truly impressed with the service that Our World Energy provides. I noticed there were some missing screws after my PowerWall battery was installed and reached out to get it taken care of. Alejandra was able to quickly dispatch a technician who took care of it right away. We are now good to go. Thank you Alejandra and the OWE team.

I recently had solar panels installed by Our World Energy, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jose Coronado and team representatives were awesome. They didn't push me to buy anything. Instead, they took the time to understand what my home needed for complete coverage and spent a good amount of time with me to ensure everything was clear. The installation process was also very smooth. The team was professional, created no mess, and ensured a clean install.
