Roddy and Sunrun did an awesome job. I was skeptical at first and it seemed too good to be true. We also never considered solar because we thought it would just cost too much money. However, after this last summer of paying the highest electric bill we ever had, we decided to give it a shot. We are happy we did. We went with the Sunrun Flex program. Our favorite part is everything will be in one bill! My sister has two bills, one for solar and one for her utility company. She is looking to get a second system because her usage went up after getting a pool. We won’t have to apparently bc we got extra panels. The batteries are cool too. We get to use them for the energy used at night. They look great! No longer have to worry about our ac/heat on thermostat either. Thank god! It’s a 5 star turnout for me. Thanks Sunrun!

Our new solar and battery backup system has been absolutely lifechanging, even after just one day. With our two Tesla Powerwall 3s, solar panels, and the new SPAN digital breaker panel, our electricity is now almost free. We are finally able to do laundry, turn on the lights, and run the air conditioning as much as we want without any worry. The improvement in our happiness and peace of mind is incredible. I had often heard the saying, 'The best time to go solar was yesterday,' and now I understand that it’s completely true. The lowcost kilowatt-hours that the sun provides, coupled with a battery backup system that powers us through cloudy days, just makes life simpler.Thank you, SUNRUN, for bringing all of this to me with no money down and no out-of-pocket costs. I am so glad I no longer have to deal with our old utility provider or worry about their rate increases anymore.

Roddy and the team did a great job! From explaining how it works, the process to install, and the installation. The Tesla batteries give you the piece of mind that you will have power all night in the event of a grid issue. The Aps are great at helping you monitor your usage. Highly recommend the Sunrun team for your solar needs!

This has been an awesome experience as we just lost power two weeks ago and we were able to get panels and a battery back up cheaper than our electric bill and it was an easy process. We were well educated from JEREMY about the system and how it works. Due to our health situation, we need electricity 24/7 and can’t survive in these power outages. The installation crew was amazing and took time to walk my husband through all the steps as well as making sure we knew exactly how the system works.

They provided excellent service. I was a little skeptical in the beginning but they really took care of everything and the best part is with what I was paying for electricity I’m roughly saving $200.00 monthly with Sunrun given that I pay that much less than what I would pay my energy provider, after install we had a power outage in my area. With the solar batteries they provided I had power through the entire outage. Going with Sunrun was the best decision I made! My sales rep Roddy Maginot is the man! If you need solar, he will take care of you, no doubt.

As a new homeowner in Dallas I was told to BEWARE solar salesmen. I had have them come to my door and while I was never blatantly rude and did hear them out multiple times there was ALWAYS a catch. For instance the first time I sat down I had to come up with money out of pocket, the second time I decided to give it a chance I was told that my insurance deductible would increase even though I didn’t have to come up with money out of my pocket. I just simply never justified paying $50 more a month all said and told because of one reason or another after I did the math. Being an ex Florida resident however I loathed the idea of another $500 electric bill. And one day after talking to a gentleman in Costco and telling him it was okay for someone to call me I got a phone call from Jaden. I just blatantly told him my problems with the program and he was able to reassure me he was working on something that is truly unheard of. He asked me a simple question, "What if Oncore promised to lock you in at 8-12 cents a KWH, without taking a down payment, and with no loan?". I told him that I’d tell them to swing on by and show me whatever they were doing and he paused to explain. He told me the goal of this program was for Sunrun to become my power provider and give me battery backup so I’m never without power. He did the math with me and it made total sense! It took some time to wrap my head around it but with my electricity costs almost halved with no downside I CANNOT RECOMMEND SUNRUN ENOUGH to my friends and family especially Jaden he was the most thoughtful and concise salesman I’ve ever invited into my home.
