I had a great experience with solar champs. Christina and Emmanuel were honest, responsive and made sure everything was was done right. The process from permitting to installation was smooth and even when delay fames up. My system is running perfectly and I’m already seeing savings. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to go solar.

You’ll be calling 100 times a day just to get no response. If you’re a business I should be able to reach you at anytime within your business hours. Why put the hours up at all if you never answer. You can’t need to talk with this company urgently because they won’t answer your call and then they’ll call back the next day.

Hello, I am very pleased with the service. The technician Emmanuel was punctual, professional and thorough in his work. He explained everything clearly, offered some advice on how to maintain my PV panels. He stayed until the system was completely up and running. We appreciate him and Solar Champs and would highly recommend it to friends in the future. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Had a new system installed by a company near 95/oakland park blvd, they failed inspection 8 times and delivered a sub standard system not even close to what was outlined in their contract. After I kicked them out tried to find someone to figure what they did wrong, very few companies want to mess with someone else's problem. But Emmanuel came out to inspect their work and figure out what was wrong. Took months to complete due to a myriad of issues from the installation company but they never gave up and have delivered me the system I had wanted. Would highly recommend, its rare to find a company in south florida that takes pride and enjoy's being an expert in their field.

Update 2: 2/17/2025 I wish I could have adjusted my rating higher instead of down. Christina did get me connected with my solar edge account in the time frame she said it would. But it’s been a month later and I’ve still had issues with the inverter tripping and a month ago I told her I would pay to have techs come out and diagnose the issue. It’s been since December with the tripping issues. But I never got ahold of her again. Anyone else that answers just states they will leave a message for Christina to get back to me at the end of the day. Never happens. One of the times I got the email of the monitoring people and on their end they say all is good. I have sent proof of the errors and times it has gone down. This past I let it be off for two days so they could see it’s been down. Which for anyone that has invested tens of thousands to have the solar panels make them money, it’s frustrating .I emailed them on Saturday stating it has been down for two days and when can they send someone to diagnose the issue? Their response, everything is good on our end, stop calling us and emailing us, call solar edge yourself or pay us $250 for someone to come out. They also send me a screen shot from the last two days of production. The person didn’t bother me to even put their name on the email so I can’t advise the company of who didn’t bother to read the email properly and I sent them proof of the solar panels being down as I said. I have to manually restart them so they will workfor a day or two before going down. At this point, I’ve seen they are only good for installing the parts, but customer service or motoring service is severely lacking and I am on my own. TLDR: The good: the Techs themselves were very professional, if Christina answers the phone, she’s the one that seems to get things done, but it’s hard to get a hold of her apparently. The bad, if you need additional help aside paying them to install or replace a part, you are on your own. Update 1 : 1/13/2025 Christina from solar champs reached out to me. She apologized for the issues and explained that it was a supposed to be a different department that was supposed to have reached out to me. Regardless, she tried doing what she could. She ended up reaching out solar edge and got the ball rolling with getting me access to my inverter. I even received a confirmation email from solar edge that they were working on the transfer. Christina stayed on the phone with me and solar edge into the late evening so I appreciate her hard work trying to resolve the issue. They had advised me that since the transfer hasn’t gone thru yet, they couldn’t pin point why my system had gone down multiple times. Once transferred, they can monitor and address the issues promptly. I appreciate the progress and help Christina provided and will update my review again once I’m connected to my inverter and they can figure out what’s going on with my system. Original review: Great techs, horrible customer service. The techs came and fixed my inverter in a timely fashion. They were very professional. As far as management/customer service is concerned however, it’s been over a month and they still haven’t given me access to the new inverter. As well as the system going down 3 times in the past month. I have called multiple times over the past month as well as sent several emails and the contact that has sent me the invoices, as well as being the first person to take my call when I first reached out, is always in a "meeting". At this point it’s obvious like she’s ignoring me. I paid my invoice as soon as I received it but seems like that’s as far as they want to proceed with customer service.

STOP STOP STOP ‍♀️ I wish I have never heard of this company before I have sign my contract with them several months ago they came out and installed my panels and the back up battery in my garage then when the inspector came out we did not pass inspection then that when the cramp hit the fan the team just stop coming out then a young lady name Biscayne I called the office and she started really tried to help between me her and the city Hallandale we got the permit is now ready to be picked up and paid for it’s been servals month we were working on the permit once the city told us it will be a couple more I asked Bianca to call Christina and Emmanuel to let them know so when its approved they will be able to come and complete my job, not the case Bianca quit because they refused too pay here so now no one answer the phone are emails I have paid you guys I need your team to come and completel my job after I paid Christina just threw me to the wolves please do not use this company they will give you a headache has to get a lawyer that’s the next step Ms Raines

Professional and friendly. If I had to do it again I would definitely use them again.
